So you want to affiliate with EUSW... It's pretty simple, but your site needs to follow these rules.

Your site must be for all ages.
Your site needs to deal with pokemon, Neopets, or Power Pets in some way.
You need to have a nice layout.
You need to have good content, no content that is someone else's that you say is your own!.
Your site can't have much bad grammar, chatspeak or bad spelling.
Your button needs to be 88x31 or 88x16
You need to have my button on your site before you apply. You can find buttons for my site here
I need to like your site. (I'm just a tad picky...)
